   Ignaz Semmelweis, Hungarian physician (1818). Who was hailed as father of hand hygiene and infection control. To honour his legacy, spearheaded Semmelweis environmental control services is named after him.

    With focus on evidence-based practices, we provide specialized environmental infection control services designed to increase patient safety and bring international attention to need for an increased focus on hospital environmental hygiene, antimicrobial resistance, reduce the risk of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and ensure safe and sanitary environments. Environmental infection control is more than cleaning—it is a critical, multi-model approach combining engineering controls, environmental surveillance, stringent surface hygiene, outbreak management and risk management during construction or renovation.

    Graduated Masters in Applied Microbiology, with broad experience as environmental health specialist, thirteen years in infection control department at tertiary care hospital ,Saudi Arabia and worked in medical microbiology laboratory for eight years. Apparently, we focus only on healthcare organization and not commercial.

    Our goal is to bridge the gap between environmental hygiene and patient safety, protecting vulnerable populations and supporting facility compliance. Background knowledge about hospital infection and experience in environmental infection control are those ensuring the accuracy of the training and monitoring who contribute to resolving many of today’s public health challenges.
